Stethoscope to SuccessLast updated: September 30, 2026
Welcome to Stethoscope to Success. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, courses, downloadable resources, workshops, and tutoring services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, enrolling in a course, downloading a resource, or attending a workshop, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who We Are
Stethoscope to Success provides NCLEX-RN and nursing exam preparation content, including online courses, downloadable study materials, live workshops, and individual tutoring. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN) or any nursing licensing or certification body.
2. Educational Purpose Only
Our content is intended for educational and exam-preparation purposes only. It is not a guarantee of passing the NCLEX-RN or any other exam, and it is not a substitute for accredited nursing education, clinical training, or professional medical judgment. You are responsible for meeting your own program, licensing, and certification requirements.
3. Account Registration
To access certain content, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Purchases, Payment, and Refunds
Some content, courses, and services are offered for a fee. By purchasing, you agree to pay the listed price at the time of purchase.
Due to the nature of our digital products, all sales of downloadable content (including the NCLEX Prep Starter Kit and other digital study guides) are final and non-refundable once the content has been accessed or downloaded.
For paid live bootcamps and workshops, cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled date are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future session. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable but may be eligible for a one-time transfer to a future bootcamp, at our discretion.
Tutoring Payments
Tutoring sessions and packages are paid in advance and are non-refundable. Package sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase; unused sessions expire after that.
Tutoring Attendance Policy
Attendance Policy: Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions start and end at the scheduled time; if you arrive late, the session still ends on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, or miss the session, it counts as a no-show and the session is forfeited (charged in full).
Rescheduling
With at least 24 hours' notice, you may reschedule a single session once, or up to 2 sessions per package. Additional reschedule requests count as a used session.
If Nurse Nicole Cancels
If we need to cancel or reschedule your session, you'll get a free reschedule at a time that works for you, or a credit toward a future session.
Technical Issues
Please test your internet, audio, and Zoom before each session. Time lost to technical problems on your end counts toward your session. If the problem is on our end, we'll make up the lost time.
Bootcamp Attendance Policy
Bootcamp Attendance Policy: Cancel at least 7 days before the bootcamp for a full refund or credit toward a future bootcamp. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable but may be transferred once to a future bootcamp, at our discretion. If you don't attend without notice, it counts as a no-show: your seat is forfeited, with no refund or transfer.
If we cancel or reschedule a bootcamp, you may transfer to the next bootcamp or receive a full refund.
Master the NCLEX Membership
Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime; you keep access through the end of the billing period you've paid for, with no partial refunds. The 12-month plan is refundable within 7 days of purchase if you've completed less than 20% of the lessons.
5. Free Resources and Lead Magnets
Free resources (such as the NCLEX Prep Starter Kit) may be offered in exchange for your contact information. By downloading a free resource, you agree to receive related emails, which you can unsubscribe from at any time. See our Privacy Policy for more on how we handle your information.
6. Workshops and Bootcamps
Live workshops (such as the "Think Like a Nurse" Zoom sessions) and bootcamps are subject to scheduling changes. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered participants of any date, time, or format changes.
7. Recording and Content Protection
Tutoring sessions, bootcamps, and workshops are not recorded or shared with students. You may not record, screenshot, photograph, or otherwise capture any session or course material by any means, including screen recorders and AI note-taking tools. All materials are for your personal exam preparation only. Sharing, reselling, or distributing them is prohibited and will result in immediate loss of access without a refund, and we may take legal action.
8. Tutoring Services
Individual tutoring sessions, including those booked through third-party platforms like Varsity Tutors, may be subject to that platform's own terms and policies in addition to these Terms.
9. Intellectual Property
All course content, practice questions, rationales, guides, slides, and other materials provided by Stethoscope to Success are our property (or used under license) and are protected by copyright. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share our materials without our written permission. Purchasing a course or resource grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own exam preparation.
10. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Share your account access or paid content with others
- Use our Services for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or republish our content
- Harass, abuse, or disrupt other students or staff
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

In the Stethoscope to Success Community, be respectful and supportive. No spam, advertising, or selling. 11. Third-Party Platforms
Our Services are delivered in part through third-party platforms, including Thinkific (course hosting), Brevo (email communications), and Zoom (live workshops). Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms of service.
